We are on the ball
The Consumer Affairs Office will conduct research on products and services in Grenada on a consistent basis. Given the dynamic nature of consumerism and the economic environment within which it operates, the Office will need to be proactive, reactive and perform routine duties in a timely and professional manner. A sign up form is available in the footer, which will allow the Office to build a contact list for easy dissemination of important information.

Bi-Weekly/Weekly review of price updates/changes
Analysis
Providing data and analyses to support policy formulation
Reporting
Compiling reports on selected consumer issues
Assessments
Assessing the quality of selected goods and services that may impact on the health and safety of consumers as well as engage in product testing and rating with other key stakeholders to ensure best quality for money
Activities
Conducting activities to support the Office's mandate to educate, inform and protect consumers. Information will be provided product recalls, harmful products, fraudulent business activities
Collection
Collecting data on prices of selected items to inform understanding of pricing and supply issues, for example, food and hardware items
