Lodging a Complaint

Do you need to lodge a complaint?

Come into our offices or fill out our complaint form online.

When lodging a formal complaint, the following must be presented:

  • A copy of your receipts, warranties, and all other relevant documentations. Receipts should clearly show the date of purchase, the name of the establishment at which the item was bought, the item and the price
  • Valid Identification Card or Driver’s License of the person lodging the complaint
  • The defective item (if the item is small enough to be carried) photo evidence is also welcomed
