Know Your Rights
The Labour Code provides workers and employers without distinction with the right to:

Establish and join organisations of their own choosing, with a view to furthering and defending their respective interests. -

Draw up their own constitution and rules. -

Elect their representatives and hold office in any trade union or employer organisation. -

Organise their administrative and lawful activities and to formulate their programmes. -

Establish and join federations. -

Recognition and collective bargaining. -

Establish collective agreements. -

Strike or lockout -

Arbitration procedures. -

File civil suit for any infringements of rights.
