Trade Union Registration and Certification
- Serve as registrar of Trade Unions and Employers’ Organisations as appointed by the Minister for Labour.
- Facilitate and supervise the conduct of Industrial Polls.
- Issue certificates of exclusive bargaining agents to employees’ organisations.
